Former Republican Senator Now Voices What We Suggested Weeks Ago…

On December 16th, 2020, I wrote and published the following article in which I suggested that it was now time for a new political party in the United States. I argued it was the right time because the Republican Party has become a full-blown Fascist Party that can no longer be trusted to look after the Democratic Republic.
In light of the Lincoln Project’s positions, a group of former Republicans who saw the party they love leave them behind, I went as far as to suggest that maybe the Lincoln Project should organize and become an alternative political party to what the Republican party has devolved into.
The true nature of the danger the present Republican Party poses to the United States’ wellbeing cannot be overstated. Despite those dangers, the mainstream media has not properly articulated what’s at stake in a way that the American people can fully appreciate.
Neither has the weak and feckless Democratic Party.

HERE IS THE ARTICLE

Now that the Republican Party has demonstrated that it can no longer be trusted to see to the wellbeing of American Democracy; and now that it has become a full-blown autocratic party; now that far-right fringe groups like Qanon and other white supremacist groups like the proud boys and others have taken up residence in the party; and now that the party has all but decided that democracy is antithetical to its goals, there must be a change.

Donald Trump did not create the nastiness that now defines the Republican Party; as a demagogue, he took full advantage of it. Ever since Lyndon Johnson signed the Civil and Voting Rights into law and whites ran away from the Democratic Party and took up residence in the Republican Party, the party has exemplified itself as the political party for white resentment and white grievance.
Despite the hoopla about their goodness, most white Americans have never been comfortable with black Americans enjoying the same rights and privileges they so summarily enjoy.
Doctor King spoke about their shock when they saw people being beaten on the so-called bloody Sunday on the Edmund Pettus bridge. Still, when it came time to take action against the institutionalized racism that made what the police did possible, they backed away.
Dr. King; “Like the nation, Negro and white, trembled with outrage at police brutality in the South, police misconduct in the North was rationalized, tolerated, and usually denied,” he wrote. Leaders in Northern and Western states “welcomed me to their cities, and showered praise on the heroism of Southern Negroes. Yet when the issues were joined concerning local conditions, only the language was polite; the rejection was firm and unequivocal.

President Barack Obama spoke to whites’ panic on his ascendency to the presidency of the United States.
Brack Obama; “My very presence in the White House triggered a deep-seated panic.”
At the risk of sounding parochial, they have some nerve, slaves built that damn house, but I digress.
One of the most notable things that Donald Trump banged the drums on as he held his super spreader campaign events across the country with his legions of faithful sheep [flocking] to them adoringly, was highlighting to his racist followers that Kamala Harris should never be the first female President of the United States.
There is a credible argument to be made for America’s inability to reconcile that women are not intellectually inferior to men, and therefore are equipped to take on any task, including being president of the United States.
That aside, Senator Kamala Harris, half black, half Indian heritage, was not the presidential candidate; Joe Biden was. Nevertheless, Trump played up Joe Biden’s age, making the case to his hateful followers that Biden was likely to drop dead at any minute, leaving Kamala to become President of the United States.
The mainstream media refuses to acknowledge these truths, even as they pretend that they have no clue what is behind the lunatic denial of the Joe Biden/Kamala Harris win.
On the same day that the Electoral College confirmed the White House victory of Joe Biden, retiring Rep. Paul Mitchell of Michigan told leading Republicans that he was leaving the GOP and becoming an Independent for the final days of his Congressional career, fed up with President Donald Trump’s never-ending effort to subvert Biden’s victory.

Look, this guy was going to leave anyway, so his decision to become an independent was no profile in courage, neither does it make him a paragon of virtue. Like so many other Republicans who bowed to Trumpism and left the stage out of fear of the wrath of Trump’s legions of racist trolls, Mitchell’s action’s are tantamount to throwing a wild punch at a bully that misses everything, then covering one’s face and cowering in fear waiting for the beatdown that is sure to follow.
He gets no point from me.
Don’t let the door hit you, where the Good Lord — — — . Anyway.
To the extent that Paul Mitchell, Jeff flake, Justin Amash, Will Herd, et al. had some degree of patriotism, and to the extent that leaving the stage was the only option open to them, then I guess their exit from politics is a sign that politics is for the worst actors, at least on the Republican side.
The Republican purge has been a years-long process that has left all but the [dregs], Kevin McCarthy, Jim Jordon, Matt Gaetz, Steve Scalise, and others. The kind we witnessed attach their names to a seditious lawsuit seeking to overturn the results of a fair and legitimate Presidential election. One in which Joe Biden and Kamala Harris not only won the popular vote by over seven million votes, but won the electoral college by a landslide, even by their dear leader’s standards, it was the same electoral college win Donald Trump had with the help of the Russians in 2016, minus the validation of a popular vote win.
In 2016 Donald Trump supposedly won 306 electoral votes against 232 for former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Back then, Trump claimed that he won a landslide despite losing the popular vote. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by over three million votes but lost the election.
In 2020 Joe Biden won the same 306 electoral votes, but he had to win more than seven (7) million more votes than Donald Trump to win the election.
The time has come, and gone for the electoral college to be done away with.

The American experiment barely withstood the first attempt of this kind to destroy it. Almost half of the elected Republican members of the United States House of Representatives demonstrated that they do not believe in Democracy.
There were no doubt members of the upper chamber were as well, also willing to participate in the Coup’ d’etat against America.
Like a servile lapdog, Texas United States Senator Raphael Cruz signaled his willingness to argue the case to overturn the elections before the Supreme Court on behalf of Trump. In a country in which the rule of law is truly sacrosanct, Raphael Cruz would not only be kicked out of the Senate; he would be disbarred from practicing law. One of the first steps about being an officer of the court, which all lawyers are, is that the person has good character. Where is Raphael Cruz’s character?
Raphael Cruz and the minions in the lower house were willing to destroy the American experiment in support of a demagogic despot.
This time it was half of the elected Republicans; the next time, what remains as the Republican party will en masse commit treason against America in deference to the next dictator that comes along.

For those reasons, and the cornucopia of other reasons that this Republican party cannot be trusted to protect the democratic process, then the time has come for an alternative conservative party to emerge. One that is fundamentally focused on the preservation of the democratic process as the Democrats are.
The American experiment has two political parties that the American voters alternate in and out of power at all government levels.
The effective functioning of that process requires that both political parties respect the process, concedes when each loses, recalibrate and come back to the table with better ideas.
The Republican party no longer believes in that process. It has become a schoolyard bully that picks up its ball and goes home, even when it has struck out.
Given an electorate with the appropriate intellectual maturity levels, the Republican party would never again hold power.
The seriousness of the situation merits a new political party to save America from the Republicans, and the uninformed voters who elect them to office.
The Lincoln Project has demonstrated that money and savvy, can effectuate desired outcomes. It may be time for the Lincoln Project to become a political party.

FORMER REPUBLICAN SENATOR AND DEFENSE SECRETARY WILLIAM COHEN CALL FOR NEW POLITICAL PARTY

A former Republican senator and defense secretary has suggested it may be time for moderate conservatives to form a new political party as he launched a withering attack on the lawmakers supporting Donald Trump’s bid to overturn the election result.

William Cohen, who represented Maine before taking up the defense role in the Clinton administration in 1997, said there is now “a real division” within the GOP and compared Mr Trump’s backers in Congress to circus elephants trying to please their “ringmaster”.

His comments came after Missouri senator Josh Hawley announced that he will challenge Congress’s certification of president-elect Joe Biden’s election victory on 6th January.

Despite losing both the electoral college and popular vote, Mr Trump and his legal team continue to insist that the election was “rigged”. But the Trump team is yet to present any credible evidence that mass voter fraud took place on election day.

A number of Republicans in the House of Representatives have declared that they would challenge Mr Biden’s victory when Congress meets to certify the result next week.

Senator Hawley’s announcement made him the first GOP lawmaker in the second chamber to voice support for the defeated president’s efforts to subvert democracy.

Announcing his decision, Mr Hawley claimed that Pennsylvania did not follow state election laws and said the “unprecedented effort of mega corporations” like Facebook and Twitter interfered with the election to support president-elect Biden. He also urged Congress to investigate allegations of voter fraud.

Crucially, Mr Hawley’s backing means that both the House and the Senate will now be forced to debate the results of at least one state and vote on whether to accept Mr Biden’s win.

It will not change the outcome of the election, but it sets up a scenario that Senate majority leader Mitchell McConnell wanted to avoid, saying it would be highly damaging for the party.

Speaking to CNN on Thursday, Mr Cohen, 80, suggested that “maybe it’s time for a new party”, when asked about the state of the GOP and the power Mr Trump continues to exert over it.

[A party] that abides by the rule of law, abides by balanced budget opportunities, fiscal responsibility. A party that is faithful to the people of this country who vote to elect them,” a visibly annoyed Mr Cohen added.

Mr Cohen also lashed out at those Congressional Republicans emboldening Mr Trump’s bid to frustrate the will of the American people, suggesting they will be forever indebted to a president who “cannot be satisfied”.

The current occupant of the White House is a ringmaster, and what he expects to do is to snap his whip and all the elephants jump on the chairs,” he said.

What they have to understand, those who are so eager to support this effort to overturn the vote…what they have to understand is that he is going to continue to snap the whip whether he is in office or out of office.”

He added: “And every time they are going to have to sit on that stool in order to satisfy him and his supporters”.

Mr Cohen also called on a number of more moderate Republicans including Mitt Romney (Utah), Susan Collins (Maine) and Ben Sasse (Nebraska) to do everything in their power to oppose the senators backing Mr Trump.

Mr Sasse was one of those Republicans who called out Mr Hawley’s move to delay certifying the Congress vote as he urged his colleagues not to follow suit.

Writing on Facebook, he said: “The president and his allies are playing with fire. They have been asking — first the courts, then state legislatures, now the Congress — to overturn the results of a presidential election.

They have unsuccessfully called on judges and are now calling on federal officeholders to invalidate millions and millions of votes. If you make big claims, you had better have the evidence. But the president doesn’t and neither do the institutional arsonist members of Congress who will object to the electoral college vote.”

Mr Trump welcomed Mr Hawley’s support. “America is proud of Josh and the many others who are joining him,” he tweeted yesterday. “The USA cannot have fraudulent elections!”( Story originated at Yahoo news)

Republicans In Red & Blue States Continue To Vote Against Their Best Interest…

There are a million and one reasons why Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell ought to have been removed by the voters in Kentucky last November.
Alas, the majority of the voters in that state, as in many other states across the country, continue to elect Republicans, who in turn enact policies that benefit the very rich at the expense of the very people who voted for them.
It is an age-old problem; the down-ballot successes of the Republican Party in the last elections were just the latest iteration of Republican party voters’ cognitive dissonance.
I will [not] attempt to outline Mitch McConnell’s sins here sufficing to say that if you have been following politics and are fair-minded, you can relate to exactly what the Senior US Senator from the Bluegrass State stands for.
On November 3rd, 2008, Barack Obama, a young first-term senator from the great state of Illinois, was declared President-elect of the United States.
Immideateltly thereafter, Mitch McConnell declared that his sole purpose as Majority leader of the United States Senate was to make the new president-elect a one-term president.
Mitch McConnell did exactly that, obstruct that is. Despite his and the Republican’s best efforts, however, Barack Obama was a successful two-term president.. One of his most ignoble and dishonorable acts as majority leader of the senate under President Obama was, of course, his refusal to give Obama’s supreme court pick of Judge Merrick Garland a meeting, much less a hearing that would have placed him on the Supreme Court, in the seat vacated by the deceased Antonin Scalia.

Food lines in Texas

Mitch McConnell has never seen a tax cut that would benefit his wealthy backers that he was not gleeful to bring to the senate’s floor. He had no problem bringing to the Senate floor and passing Trump’s tax cut that further enriched the very rich.
However, the country is now in the deep throes of a pandemic.
Over 341 thousand Americans have so far died. Literally, every person in America now knows someone who has either been infected or died from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, the nation faces a serious economic downturn, one like no one alive has ever seen before.
Donald Trump, who never cared about the poor, has suddenly decided that he wants hungry, near homeless Americans to have a $2’000 check from the government. No one in their right mind believes that Trump actually cares enough about anyone not named Trump, to want them to have $2’000.

In fact, there is ample evidence that Donald Trump only wants the larger $2’000 amount than the $600 number his treasurer secretary negotiated with both Republicans and Democrats because he knows it won’t pass.
If Trump really wanted Americans to have a $2’000 check, he would have had Steven Mnuchin negotiate to have that amount sent to the American people.
Donald Trump conveniently waited until after the $600 amount was decided on, then thereafter decided he would not sign the bill into law — –Of course, he then signed the bill he said he would not sign.
He then went ahead and demanded a $2’000 check he knew Moscow Mitch would not bring to the Senate floor as a stand-alone bill to be voted on.
Trump has no interest in governing outside of enriching himself, so it does not matter how many Americans are dying from COVID-19, or are on the brink of starvation; his support for a $2’000 payout to the people is solely designed to curry favor with the population he wants on his side in his bid to pull off a coup in America.
Mitch McConnell doesn’t care either, so he attaches the measure to two other measures he knows Democrats cannot support, and so the bill is all but dead.

The tragic irony is that the people who will suffer the most are the ones who came out in droves and re-elected Mitch McConnell last November. They also elected and reelected Republicans down-ballot across the length and breadth of the country.
Amidst the noise and hogwash fed you by the mainstream media are the facts that they won’t bother to divulge.
White Americans will vote against their own mother if the ability to coalesce around racial grievance and white supremacy is on the ballot.
They rose against President Barack Obama’s push to have the wealthiest Americans pay a little more in taxes, during his presidency. They came out with pitchforks, tiki-torches, and the most despicable posters depicting the president as everything but human.
Obama wanted those earning more than half a million each year to pay a little more in taxes. Those in the midwest who came out against the idea, and across the south were earning somewhere between $38’000 & $48’000.
They came out to fight a war that was not theirs to fight.
At the time, those actually earning half a million and more annually, told the President that they would be happy to pay a little more in taxes.

The same was true of the affordable care act (ACA) intended to help [them], the most vulnerable, the poorest, and those in particular, with what is characterized as preexisting health conditions.
Republicans knowing just how stupid and racist their voters are, attached Obama’s name to the legislation; this automatically became poison to their voters.
Republican elected officials knew just how easy it was to turn their voters on a dime. All they had to do is appeal to their racist hatred, and they will militate against drinking water, which is critical to their ability to survive.
Republicans and Mitch McConnell do not care whether they live or die as long as they can give tax cuts to their rich puppetmasters.
Republican recipients of the ACA, told Journalists that they did not want Obama Care, they were happy with their Affordable Care health care.[sic]
Those who were paying attention knew that those uprisings were not organic grassroots movements by people who felt their way of life threatened; it was a well-orchestrated campaign funded by über-wealthy billionaire brothers Charles and David Koch.
David Koch is now dead, but his older sibling Charles now wants forgiveness for what they did with their wealth.
The hatred poor whites have for other races is working to keep them impoverished. Today they no longer work as overseers on the plantation in the traditional sense; they are no longer operating under the moniker [slave catchers]; they are now called police officers.
Unfortunately, their mentality is the same as it was four-plus hundred years ago.

Which brings us to the question of why these people continue to militate against their own self-interest?
From time to time, I write about the history of whites who came to America as (indentured servants), another name for slaves.
The difference between the white European indentured servants, and the African people brought into bonded servitude, is that they had committed no crimes.
The act of kidnapping and enslaving them was a crime against humanity and remains so today, without adequate mea culpa, restitution, and commupence.
The white indentured servants were, in fact, the worst criminal offenders in Europe, Murderers, Rapists, Child-molesters, who were given the option of being banished to the colonies or be executed.
Naturally, they chose the Colonies.
The practice of dumping them in America, continued up until the end of the civil war. Other nations were populated by them as well, Australia and New Zealand. Wherever they went, the death and destruction they brought with them is a matter of historical record.
Their vengeful actions against the enslaved African people are no mystery; they were depraved criminals, end of the story.
Convinced by the plantation owners that they were superior because of their white skin, they exacted untold genocide on the black enslaved people in their capacity as overseers and slave catchers.
The Planters fearing that the two groups of slaves would be too much for them to handle, came up with the brilliant idea to divide them up based on race.
They convinced them that they would someday be free and own plantations and be rich as well. That idea is now a part of their DNA; they continue to believe in the fallacy that if the rich man is given enough, some will fall from his table, and they will benefit. That concept has all but ensured that the rich have gotten richer and the poor poorer.

Look At The List Of Republicans Who Already Jumped The Line To Be Inoculated Against COVID-19

Listen to this lying, fraudulent charlatan little Marco Rubio who has his face so far up Trump’s ass that he probably cannot smell anything else. No wonder this fraud who thinks he is white attacked everything President Barack Obama did. Including saying that the President quote ‘had no class”, what could have elicited a strong comment from the little inbred Cuban? President Obama had the nerve to invite Rapper Common and others to the White House that their fore-parents built.

Marco Rubio
@marcorubio
I know I looked away from the needle
And yes, I know I need a tan
But I am so confident that the #Covid19 vaccine is safe & effective that I decided to take it myself

This is the fraudulent little Cuban being inoculated against COVID-19, having jumped the line and placed himself in front of Doctors, Nurses, and other front-line workers who are working tirelessly to save and protect the lives of others at the peril of their own lives.
But I hardly believe that anyone is surprised at this little creep wannabe white, that he would jump the line to try and save his own sorry ass, and after he went maskless to Donald Trump’s White House superspreader party, and followed DonaldTrump’s ignorant crusade against mask-wearing because he wanted to create a false sense that everything was okay while people were dying like flies from the virus.
And oh, before I forget, you guys sometimes read stuff that I say about these people, how they would sell out their own mothers to curry favor with others or worse, to try to convince white people that they are white.
Well, look at Macro Rubi. Did anyone care about his disgusting skin color? Why did he think it was necessary to tell us that he is off-color.
The little fool is in a back door kind of way trying to draw attention to his disgusting flabby biceps that are devoid of melanin.
Notice that he is wearing a mask; if he truly believed in mask-wearing efficacy, why did he not wear one to Trump’s party, or better yet, why did this little follower not stand on principle and refuse to go?
Nah.…. that would actually require some character, fortitude, dignity, and balls, neither of which Marco Rubio possesses.

But the little Cuban is not the only fraud Republican that has denied the seriousness of the Virus as people died, to push Donald trump’s selfish agenda. Look at this other Trump minion Lindsay Graham from South Carolina.

Thank God for nurses who help people in need and know how to use a needle. Thank God for those who produced these vaccines. If enough of us take it, we will get back to normal lives. Help is on the way. (Lindsay Graham)He too jumped the line to receive the vaccine, even though they denied it was dangerous all year and refused to wear a mask, potentially placing his dumb supporters at risk, to please Trump.
In effect, what they are doing is mocking the people who have lost their loved ones to this virus. Their lives are worth way more than the American people they so spitefully and willfully deceived.
Among the Republicans to jump the line based on the incredible value of their lives over others are Mike Pence ad his wife.

Mike Pence, Second Lady Karen Pence, and Surgeon General Jerome Adams just took the coronavirus vaccine.

Moscow Mitch McConnell
I just received the safe, effective COVID vaccine following continuity-of-government protocols. Vaccines are how we beat this virus. Now back to continue fighting for a rescue package, including a lot more money for distribution so more Americans can receive it as fast as possible.

In response to McConnell receiving the vaccine, one woman tweeted this guy is currently blocking relief because he wants immunity for corporations that treat their workers unsafely. Reminder 2: his vaccine was paid by taxpayers to whom he is blocking relief.
I really could have fallen for the garbage that wearing a mask since last March was a sissy thing to do. We were made to believe that wearing a mask was political. I was almost convinced that I was not a true red-blooded Black man.
These are the same frauds who pretended that the virus was no big deal, now look at them and their sense of entitlement.
The tragedy is that there are people stupid and dumb enough to go into voting booths and cast ballots for these lying frauds.

Guiliani Tried It First As Mayor, Trump Learned It Was Possible…

One of a pagan society’s problems is that it must continue creating new Gods, new symbols to look up to, and worship.
Superman, Batman, GI Jane, Ken & Barbie, Generals, the Military, Police, Rudolph Guiliani, (“you know America’s Mayor.”
“Yah”…
The same guy decided to put New York City’s command and control center in the World Trade Center. And after the Facility was attacked in 1993.
It was bravado and arrogance, yet nobody in the media talks about Rudolph Guliani’s bravado and arrogance that placed those first responders’ lives in grave danger.
Neither do they talk about the fact that it was under Guiliani’s leadership that the communication equipment that the fire and police were using failed?

They went ahead and designated this clown America’s mayor. As the city’s chief executive, he walked with Pataki and others after the attack with a mask slung under his chin.
Nobody bothered to recall who this guy was before hailing him as the second coming of the Messiah. That it was the same Rudolph Guliani who led a gang of NYPD thugs in uniform and out of uniform to the steps of City Hall to denounce the now deceased David Dinkins, the City’s first Black Mayor, labeling him a Nigger and a washroom attendant.
The Media went along with Guliani’s undemocratic demand that he be given additional time to carry out his programs even after his term was up. Michael Bloomberg, another wannabe dictator, had won and was scheduled to take office.
Many in the belly of Gotham’s corruption went along with it; at the time, Guiliani and his cohorts lobbied the State Legislature and the City Council, to postpone the election primaries after the September 11th attack, thereby allowing the mini-wannabe dictator to serve an additional six months in office, some of his cohorts even demanded that he be allowed to serve another four-year term.

As Guiliani and his minions pushed and prodded anyone who would listen, lobbying them to help him to discard the laws and allow him to serve a third consecutive term in office, respected politicians like John McCain cautioned him to back down.
Even the Republican Governor George Pataki was against the move. Pataki argued, “Regardless of Rudy’s motivation, regardless of his raw emotions in the situation, he abandoned some of the most basic conservative principles — to follow the law and relinquish power when your term is over, even in times of crisis.”
In February 2007, the International Association of Fire Fighters issued a letter asserting that Giuliani rushed to conclude the recovery effort once gold and silver had been recovered from World Trade Center vaults and thereby prevented the remains of many victims from being recovered: “Mayor Giuliani’s actions meant that firefighters and citizens who perished would either remain buried at Ground Zero forever, with no closure for families, or be removed like garbage and deposited at the Fresh Kills Landfill,” it said, adding: “Hundreds remained entombed in Ground Zero when Giuliani gave up on them.”[159] Lawyers for the International Association of Fire Fighters seek to interview Giuliani under oath as part of a federal legal action alleging that New York City negligently dumped body parts and other human remains in the Fresh Kills Landfill.[wikipedia]

All this time, Donald Trump was watching and learning how to distort, destabilize, and ultimately destroy Democracy. A more learned man had tried it before, and almost got away with swaying public officials and civil society into giving in to his dictatorial aspirations.
Had the powers bowed to Guiliani’s wishes, he would have been validated in his beliefs that he alone could fix it, speaking of New York City after the terrorist attack of 911.
Where else did we hear that sentiment expressed?
Is it any wonder that those two clowns from Gotham would find common cause in trying to destroy two hundred and forty plus years of precedent?
Who is really surprised that at the heart of Donald Trump’s coup attempt, would be Rudolph Guiliani, the man who attempted the same stunt as Mayor of New York City?
This writer has consistently pointed not just to Guiliani’s racism, but his Fascistic undemocratic beliefs and use of power, including his use of NYPD cops against the City’s Black and Brown population.
Thankfully Republican primary voters then, saw through El Duce’s fascism and denied him a single primary win. Unfortunately, only a few years later, they missed the other despot to come along, and look at the damage he did in just four short years, even after being impeached.

Time For The Lincoln Project To Become A Political Party…

Now that the Republican Party has demonstrated that it can no longer be trusted to see to the wellbeing of American Democracy; and now that it has become a full-blown autocratic party; now that far-right fringe groups like Qanon and other white supremacist groups like the proud boys and others have taken up residence in the party; and now that the party has all but decided that democracy is antithetical to its goals, there must be a change.

Barr Out

William Barr auditioned for the job of AG. He did incalculable harm to Civil Rights, to the country, and the Department of Justice. His day has come.

When the Barr is set low, anyone can walk over it, which happened in this case. The rapacious pursuit of power results in debasement and lowering of stature, embarrassment, and ridicule even.
William Barr will forever be the personification of all of that.
Trump fired William Barr.

These Enemies Of American Democracy Should Forever Be Held Up To Public Ridicule And Whatever Remedies Exists Under Law

So, is America going to pretend that a host of Republican Attorney’s Generals and members of Congress did not commit Sedition against the United States?
(Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, tends toward rebellion against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent toward, or rebellion against, established authority)[W].

Ken Paxon

It makes perfect sense that a Texas Attorney General that is a subject of criminal investigations and numerous other claims of unethical and questionable practices would file a case to overturn the will of the people in states he knew as an attorney he had no standing to file.
It also makes sense that Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxon would pull that stunt knowing that it would go nowhere, even in a Supreme Court with as much credibility as a Catholic Priest.
To those paying attention, including the elites in the Media, the conversation about Paxon’s act of arguable sedition is grossly misunderstood.
Paxon knew that his filing would end the way it did, come on, the guy is a lawyer; for crying out loud, it is difficult to believe that Baylor University gave him an undergraduate degree he did not earn or that the University of Virginia school of law colluded and gave him a law degree he did not earn.
I mean, there are stories of people in high places who have paid others to do their SATs and that the degree they got from a so-called prestigious school of finance was bought and paid for.
Gives a whole new meaning to the term [prestigious]. On that note, we must give Ken Paxon the benefit of the doubt that he did earn his degrees and that he is actually a lot smarter than his court filing suggests. In fact, the guy may be as wily as a Fox.

WHAT ARE THEY IN IT FOR?
Why would they decide to commit a seditious Act against the United States by throwing out the legal and lawful results of a fair election to install an egomaniacal, narcissistic wannabe- dictator?

Ken Paxon was not performing for the Supreme Court; he was performing for an audience of one, as they say. Paxon wanted to do something abundantly clear to the White House occupant that he would do anything for him, including committing Sedition. That would get the Pardoner-in-chief’s attention. And get his attention it did.. Paxon knows it was a stunt, but the White House’s overly elevated occupant did not know it. He sees all of these actions as acts of fealty, submission to his Monarchistic desires, and his strongman aspirations. And so Ken Paxon decided to go for a pardon, under the belief that the Feds are making out an actionable case against him, and why not?
It has worked for Michael Flynn, Joe Arpaio, Dinesh D’Souza, Bernard Kerik, Rod Blagojevich, Scooter J Libby, Roger Stone, and a long list criminals, including Arsonists Dwight Lincoln Hammond and Stephen Dwight Hammond, right-wing nuts who set fire to Government buildings.
Donald Trump is on his way out the door, and as his exit draws closer by the day, there is much speculation that there will be a wave of presidential pardons to include a potentially unprecedented self-pardon by Trump.
It is reasonable to expect that an Attorney General who has the stench of corruption as a Dog just sprayed by a Skunk, would seek to get his face before the pardoner-in-chief, but what is behind the others above who decided to knowingly join a suite that they know is a direct affront to the Constitution they swore to uphold.
What actions are there under the Constitution to hold these treasonous actors accountable for the acts of treachery against the United States?

If the Nation decides not to take action against these enemies of Democracy, the next chief executive that comes with the temerity and arrogance of Donald Trump will easily upend 240-plus years of the American experiment. Democracy as we know it may only be read about as a past way of life if our children and grandchildren are even allowed to read about the truth.
In Texas, the local News10.com television opined quote: The last-gasp bid to subvert the Nov. 3 election results is demonstrating Donald Trump’s enduring political power even as his term is set to end. And even though most signatories are far-right conservatives who come from deep-red districts, the filing meant that roughly one-quarter of the U.S. House believes the Supreme Court should set aside election results.
“The Supreme Court is not going to overturn the election in the Texas case, as the President has told them to do,” tweeted Rick Hasen, a law professor at the University of California, Irvine. “But we are in bad shape as a country that 17 states could support this shameful, anti-American filing” by Texas and its attorney general, Ken Paxton.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has called Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn election results in Shapiro’s state and three others (“a seditious abuse of the judicial process”).

More than 120 Republican members of Congress have asked the supreme court to bar four states from casting electoral votes for former Vice President Joe Biden, even though every last one of them knew unequivocally that the Biden/Harris ticket won the elections fair and square and by the same margin that Donald Trump claimed a landslide a mere four years ago. Yet they asked the Supreme Court to overturn the elections and chose a demented autocrat instead, thereby destroying over two hundred and forty years of Democratic rule in America.
This is the kind of activity that gets politicians rounded up and imprisoned in other nations as they should be. It is inconceivable that any person who took an oath to uphold the Constitution would act against the same Constitution with such blatant treachery, and be allowed to retain their privileged positions of public service.
Given enough leverage, the Republican Party in its present state, will collectively betray the Constitution without batting an eye.
Every member of this treasonous bunch must forever be held up to public ridicule, and be subjected to whatever other remedies exist in law, for the seditious acts against the American democracy.

Two Intellectually-challenged Racists Who Set America On A Collision Course With Itself…

The last four years have been a stress-test on the foundation of American Democracy.
The Trump Administration has arguably pushed the envelope on every square inching of the process, to see what rule he could breach, what law he could break to enrich and further empower himself and his children.
It is astonishing how he planned the whole thing and executed it to a “T.” When it became clear that there was one bothersome little detail he had not thought through, (the power of the voters), he outright pushed every square inch of the process to throw out two hundred and fifty years of process and make himself a King.
It was a masterpiece of a plan that seemed designed to upend the American process that has been in existence for well over two hundred years, counter it with a Monarchistic system that the first settlers here, and the first president eschewed as antithetical to their ideals.

Donald Trump may not be bright, but if he devised the plan he executed over the last four years, I would rethink my assessment of his intellectual capabilities.
♦Leveling racist invectives at people of color, unearthing and inciting old racist attitudes.
♦Galvanizing a cult following that allowed him to do anything he wanted by doing the first.
♦Weaponizing the cult-following against anyone who dared to oppose him.
♦Chasing dissenters from the Republican party, neutering those who chose to stay.
♦Packing the courts with political lackeys, many of who have been deemed grossly unqualified by the ABA.
♦Politicizing Government Agencies that ought to operate outside political interference, à la the Justice Department.
♦Refusing to have Senate appointed cabinet, and other picks, opting for acting heads instead, more easily manipulated.
♦Supporting and encouraging violent white Nationalist Militias.
♦Continuing to sow discord and division across racial groups.
♦Encouraging the Police, who are already hated for their brutality, to brutalize further and kill people of color.
♦Preaching America first, playing into American’s arrogance about their exceptionalism.
♦Isolating America from traditional allies that believe in the rule of law and justice.
♦Cozying up to strongmen and dictators.
♦Etc.….…

Sarah Palin

If you believe that Donald Trump devised these strategies independently, you may need to rethink your assessment of him.
Whether these strategies were given to him after he was elevated to the Presidency or whether they were given to him afterward is certainly not a question that may be answered at my pay grade.
What is clear, is that these strategies have been designed categorically to tear down the established order and replace it with something else.
Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2017, White House chief strategist Steve Bannon said that Trump’s cabinet picks were intended to “deconstruct the administrative state,” meaning weakening regulatory agencies and other bureaucratic entities.
When people speak, we need to pay attention and take them seriously. If Government Agencies are weakened, it makes it easier for a total takeover by a chief executive that does not believe in the rule of law, and that is exactly what Donald Trump did.
Battered, bruised, and bleeding, the country’s checks and balances seem to be holding against the onslaught, but just barely.
In Pennsylvania, certifying officers loyal to the Republican party were on the brink of violating their oaths to the constitution by refusing to certify the vote, to curry favor with a dangerous would-be wannabe dictator.
Members of the Republican Party in the US House and Senate have taken steps to help Donald Trump perpetuate the lie that the election was rigged even though all of them knew damn well that the elections were probably the fairest one in the history of the nation. Even though over a month has passed since the National elections were held, many of those Republicans have steadfastly refused to refer to Joe Biden as President-elect.

Donald Trump

Others have made themselves party to frivolous lawsuits that have been filed on Trump’s behalf with the sole intent of overturning the will of the people and installing in power; instead, a demented, narcissistic sociopath.
His supporters have called for the execution of the duly elected Democratic Governor of Michigan. They have called for the quartering and murder of the cybersecurity Tzar who oversaw election security; his only crime has been to do his job well.
Other election officials, including Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State, have been threatened with death for not throwing out votes and giving Trump the election.
There have been more than enough Republicans who are more than willing to destroy the country’s very foundations to gain and hold political power by and large.
And so we must ask ourselves, why has it been so easy for Trump to harness the power of that grievance class?
What is the galvanizing power that made Donald Trump, Racist, fake billionaire, con-artiste, womanizing philander, a misogynistic xenophobe, so effective in controlling almost a hundred million people who are willing to allow him to steal whatever he wants, destroy whatever he wants, and even kill whomever he wants, and remain in power?
The next Dictator that the Republican party throws at the country will not fail. Already they are busy deconstructing the most fundamental element of Democracy, the right of citizens to vote freely and without intimidation.
They have systematically put judges on the highest courts who do not believe that all people should have the right to vote.
Republican Governors have set about closing down early voting sites across their states, and limiting voting to only a few sites in places that have large black and brown populations.
Additionally, they engage in outrageously grotesque gerrymandered congressional districts, something they will be back at, having won a majority of statehouses across the country.
At the highest court, the Republican majority in Shelby County VS Holder, all but eviscerated the 1965 voting rights Act, on the premise that it has outlived its usefulness.
The assault against the democratic process has been unprecedented in my lifetime. It is shocking to see the level of assault being leveled at the process.
The next Republican that comes along and decides to become king will be successful.

In the next article, we will examine how racial set-asides have characterized every aspect of American life and has now resulted in the illogical grievances in some whites that gave rise to the likes of Sarah Palin and Donald Trump. The two intellectually-challenged populists have managed to ignite and harness white grievance in a way that scares even Republicans.

Trump’s Outrageous Lies Used To Be Terrifying — Now They’re Just Pathetic

Still, we can glimpse a ray of hope in Trump’s swift metamorphosis from a direct threat to democracy to the butt of jokes about “massive dumps.” There’s an important lesson here. Authoritarians cannot be shamed or reasoned with, the way believers in democratic norms typically can be. There is no arguing authoritarians down, bargaining with them, or laughing them away. But authoritarians do respond to power. Power is how Trump was finally stopped and beaten, and revealed as the small, strange man he always was. And power is what it will take to stop the rise of American fascism.

Republican Voters More Focused On What They Wanted, Voted Down Ballot, Democrats Did Not

YouTube player

According to elections officials, over 80 million Americans voted for Democratic presidential candidate, former Vice President Joe Biden, and Vice ‑Presidential candidate Senator Kamala Harris.
They also reported that 73 million turned out for the Trump/Pence ticket.
Both Biden and Trump managed to turn out more votes, if not voters, than any other candidates in presidential election history. The secret sauce in this, could be the loathing some harbor for Trump on the one hand, and on the other, the love others have for him, and his hate-filled crusade.
Another possibility, or in addition to that, maybe people will vote if you make it easy for them to do so. Trump and his Republican cohorts have been fighting tooth and nail across the country to make it difficult for all qualified Americans to vote.

Republican Legislatures in Pennsylvania, down through the Carolinas to Texas and places far beyond, have enacted laws that not only make it difficult for people to vote, but have demonstrably sought to limit the voting rights of tens of millions of Americans of color.
Those actions include but are not confined to closing down polling places in communities of color i.e. in African-American communities and close to Native-American reservations.
In Texas, the Republican Governor Gregg Abbot unashamedly removed all drop boxes except one in Houston, a city heavily populated with Black people. Removing the drop boxes was designed to make it exponentially more difficult for the state’s residents to drop off their ballots.
In what was a clear sign of how politics has made the American court system hardly distinguishable from raw racial, political mudwrestling, the Texas Republican Appeals court upheld Abbot’s disgusting and nauseating move to disenfranchise millions of voters.

As we seek to understand the message of the last elections, there is much to ponder. If 80 million people voted for Biden-Harris and the Democratic party, why on God’s green Earth would they not vote to remove the disgusting old curmudgeon Mitch McConnel as Senate Majority leader.
Everyone saw how McConnel obstructed President Obama’s agenda and, in the final analysis, how he created his own rule to block Judge Merrick Garland from receiving a hearing for placement on the highest court almost eleven months before the 2016 elections.
He then changed his own rules to place a right-wing reactionary in Amey Coney Barrett on the court in the month of the elections as Americans were already voting.
I don’t believe any facts about McConnel would have prevented his backwoods supporters in Kentucky from re-electing him as their senator.
It is their right to elect whomever they wish to represent them. We expected that more enlightened and educated people across the country would vote to remove him from senate leadership.
How could Democrats and Independents who saw the last four years of Donald Trump and Mitch McConnel’s treachery vote to remove Donald Trump but keep Mitch McConnel while reducing the power of Nancy Pelosi?
It makes absolutely no sense!

Their dream is for a white ethnostate in which they control 100% of the power, and every other race is subservient to their wishes.

Sure, there is a tiny sliver of a chance that somehow, voters in Georgia could hand the senate leadership to Charles Schumer, but that is a long-shot, in a state that is still a Republican stronghold.
Even if all the forces of runoff elections were to smile on the Democrats come January, it still does not negate the fact that the November vote made no sense.
Why would Democratic and Independent voters not show the same loathing they felt for Trump and his faux Christian sidekick Mike Pence, to House and Senate Republican leaders who have enabled him over the last four years.
Why would they vote to empower state Republicans in State after state?
The sad reality is that the Democratic voter base may not be as educated as we would like to believe. The numbers that voted tells one story.
Many people voted, but did they vote in an educated and informed way outside of their disdain for Donald Trump?
Making it easier for people to vote is one thing; getting people to make really informed decisions outside of raw passion is quite another.
The lesson I have gleaned from the elections are stark; they are not what I was hoping for, but failing new and scientific exit polling results emerging, I believe the Republicans focused on not just keeping Donald Trump in office; they wanted to ensure that Trump’s racist and divisive policies were solidified from county boards all the way through the statehouses and all branches of the Federal Government.
Seventy-three million of them wanted the racism that has characterized Donald Trump’s divisiveness and racism, to become the new normal in America. They turned out in unprecedented numbers to solidify those beliefs.

They knew what he represented, and they turned out to vote for him. They are who they are; there is no need to to to sanitize who they are.

There are more Democrats and other voters in America, than those who cast votes for the worst person to occupy the presidency in my lifetime. The 2020 election results bore that out. They voted straight red down the ballot.
Democrats, on the other hand, turned out, and voted by mail, in unprecedented numbers; what they lacked, however, was the same fervor and focus of the racist Trump voters.
They ensured that they booted Donald Trump, but they ignored the other races. They paid no attention to the Senate, nor House, not their own local races.
That failure must be laid solely at the feet of Tom Perez and the Democratic National Committee.
Republicans cleaned up, by being more focused on what was important to them. It has always been that way; Democrats ignore races in their own communities; Republicans do not.
Republicans are Zealots, there are no Democratic legislatures or Governors in deep blue states.
That’s why Republicans control statehouses, governorships, and other elected positions even in deep blue states.
Democrats, and to whatever extent there are independent voters, better wise up real fast; the people who vote Republican have zero pauses about turning this 250-year-old experiment into a totalitarian dystopia for everyone except themselves.
Did you hear the elected officials in that party open their mouths to denounce the Russian-style propaganda that was unleashed on the American Democratic process over the last four years?
No?
Then let that be a lesson to you; the pull of privilege and racial superiority is greater to them than a free and fair society in which all have an equal shot.

Kelly Loeffler And The GOP Should Denounce Georgia’s Radical, Anti-Christian Socialist Senate Candidate

By Michael Harriot
Sen. Kelly Loeffler’s (R‑Ga.) incessant attacks on her Senate opponent, Rev. Raphael Warnock, can all be condensed to Republican red-meat talking points: Radical ideology is dangerous. People who twist the word of God to further an extremist agenda should be condemned. Government handouts are terrible because America is not a socialist country; it is a democracy. Conservative principles, family values and hard work are what made this country great. Faith is good. Crime, bad. Freedom. Troops. Jesus.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I agree with Kelly Loeffler.

She’s absolutely right. A true Christian would never vote for a religious fanatic who preached an anti-American agenda. A real American would always honor the brave men and women who fight for our freedoms. The American dream should only come through hard work, so we should do away with this “victim mentality.” Instead of celebrating thugs, celebrities and people who use identity politics, we should be fostering a culture that honors citizens who achieved success by merit.

This is what the America-loving patriots in the GOP stand for. If the people in Georgia were actually conservative Christians, they would love anyone who embodied these values and hate anyone who didn’t.

A true patriot would love Raphael Warnock.

A real Republican would hate Kelly Loeffler.

Warnock versus the Welfare Queen

One of Georgia’s senate candidates was raised in the Christian tradition by a veteran who started his own business after serving our country. This American patriot found a way to escape poverty through education and faith in Jesus Christ. One candidate has an unimpeachable record of community service. One candidate has fought for religious freedom and lived a faith-filled, scandal-free life.

Look For The Fascists To Rise Up And Start Criticizing The New Incoming Administration

Now that Donald Trump is on his way out the door and a real president is slated to take office, look for the lying hypocrites in the Republican party to start yapping like rabid dogs, picking away at everything that the new administration attempts do.
Not a single one of them had the balls or character to open their pie holes as Donald Trump hammered away at the columns of the Republic, but they will be out second-guessing and blocking at every turn.

Rubio, has already intimated in a radio interview with Hue Hewit that his goal will obstruct President-elect Biden’s appointees.

Already the mongrel behavior is underway, enter the president-elect’s announced choices for his cabinet, a cabinet that does not yet exist, because he will not be president for roughly another two months. However, that did not stop the anti-democracy zombies from raising their heads; Marco Rubio, the little dimwit from Florida, tweeted out that Biden’s picks were; quote“polite and orderly caretakers of American decline.”
You know this fool had nothing to say when this was the best he could come up with; what does that even mean? What does that even mean when the last four years are considered/Where was this squirrelly little fool over the last four years?
I mean, can you believe this? Rubio was too chicken shit petrified of Donald Trump to speak, but now the little Cuban has gotten his voice?
Rubio, who hates himself for being Hispanic, and his cohort in Texas Raphael, who goes around using the name [Ted], to try to fool people into believing he is white, is just as repulsive as Rubio in the fealty to the con artiste occupant of the white house. What pathetic little b*****s?

Tom Cotton

Then there is Tom Cotton from Arkansas, another one who sees himself as presidential timber. He responded to Biden’s picks as “panda huggers who will only reinforce Biden’s instincts to go soft on China.
Where was this racist fool when Trump was going soft on Russia and North Korea and Saudia Arabia’s Prince Ben Salman for having Jamal Khashoggi cut into little pieces?
This is the same racist fool who said US founders viewed slavery as a “necessary evil upon which the union was built.” That clumsy blunder revealed Cotton’s pathetic soul, who he really is, if anyone did not already know.
This is the same Tom Cotton who told a local Arkansas newspaper that he rejects the idea that America was a systemically racist country to its core.
I guess the KKK chapters, and the white militias operating in the backwoods of his state and all across America are boys scouts chapters. Cotton then lied that he wasn’t defending slavery.

https://mikebeckles.com/trump-is-a-lying-unintelligent-wannabe-dictator-but-there-are-others-just-as-bad-or-worse-with-phds/

Cotton introduced the Saving American History Act, aimed at stopping funding for 1619, an initiative which bases US history teaching around the first arrivals of slave ships in the US in August of that year.
In a new York Oped, Tom Cotton excoriated peaceful demonstrations that sprung up after George Floyd was murdered, characterizing them as an orgy of violence and backed Donald Trump’s threat to use Federal Troops to quell peaceful demonstrations.
Cotton’s article was widely criticized, and more than 800 Times employees signed a letter denouncing its publication, saying it contained misinformation.
The newspaper later apologized, saying the piece fell below its editorial standards. Opinion editor James Bennet resigned as a result. These are the people jockeying to be the next Donald Trump.

There is no longer a Republican party; what exists in its place is a racist, fascist party, that does not believe in Democracy. A party that should no longer be trusted with the reins of governance.
Look for the Republicans to suddenly find their voices and start criticizing everything that the new administration does, never mind that they have all been silent over the last four years.
Donald Trump set out to single-handedly destroy two and a half centuries of a Democratic experiment; not a damn one of them had the character to stand up and defend America.

Dianne Feinstein To Step Away From Senate Judiciary Committee Leadership Role After Barrett Hearings

YouTube player

This could not come too soon. Clearly, some of the Democrats in leadership positions are a little better than corporate Republicans. They get elected in blue states where large amounts of minorities vote overwhelmingly for them.
Despite that loyalty shown to them and the Democratic party, these elected officials have precious little in common with their constituents.
On the one hand, they are incredibly weak, feckless, and afraid to stand up to the Republicans who hate the migrant community. On the other, they are chummy with the Republicans even when they act in ways that are incontrovertibly in opposition to Democratic principles.
Dianne Feinstein is one such Democrat whose time has come and gone. Not only should she step away from the Judiciary Committee, but she should also make way for a younger Senator from the great state of California who is more in tune with the younger generation and their needs.

»»»»»»»»>

Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein (CA) announced Monday that she would not seek a Senate Judiciary Committee position in the new Congress.

Feinstein’s tenure as the ranking member has been fraught with complaints by Democrats for refusing to challenge Republicans in the committee about President Donald Trump’s recent Supreme Court appointee. Once the hearing had finished, Feinstein thanked committee chair Sen. Lindsey Graham (R‑SC), saying, “This has been one of the best Senate hearings I have participated in.”

Progressives felt it legitimized a process that flew in the face of the GOP-imposed rule that no president could appoint a Supreme Court Justice in the final year of his or her presidency. It was a rule Republicans invented after former Justice Antonin Scalia died suddenly. But even after inventing the rule, Republicans refused to play by it, appointing Amy Coney Barrett after the death of legendary Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin (D‑IL) is next in line for the chairmanship.

The 87-year-old California Democrat is one of few on the committee who never attended law school.

Despite His Lies, Deceit, And Cruelty They Turned Out To Re-elect The Naked Emperor

Donald Trump is not the brightest bulb in the shed, far from it.…. but he is not that dumb to believe that he won the election that he lost handily. Donald Trump holds the belief that somehow he was wronged in 2016 when the Democrats questioned his win. In fact, Donald Trump believes that the past four years has been one continuous question mark against his presidency.
In brief, that is exactly why he decided to cast doubt on the Biden win, and he will continue to smear the presidency of Joe Biden with every bit of energy in his body.
Donald Trump is a small man in a big man’s body; in his small mind, he believes his actions after the elections was his way of getting back at the Democrats.
The jury s still out, and will still be out, on what harm Trump’s actions will have on the nation going forward.

But how were the Democrats supposed to act when thirteen Intelligence Agencies said that the Russians interfered in the elections on Trump’s behalf, and Donald Trump said he didn’t believe them.
How were people supposed to feel after the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was in the oval office with Trump, and only Russian media right after he took office and fired Jim Comey, the FBI Director?
Not only was Trump hamming it up with the Russians, but he also berated the former FBI Director to them. It was a shocking display of unpatriotism to the average observer; here was an American president berating his own countryman, a previously highly placed public servant to foreigners.
I shed no tears for Jim Comey; for all, we know Comey may have helped to give us Donald Trump when he decided to reopen investigations in October of 2016 in Hillary Clinton’s e‑mails.
James Comey reopened an investigation and made damaging public statements after he concluded that there was no evidence of criminal wrongdoing by the former Secretary, in the fraudulent e‑mail scandal dredged up by Jim Jordon of Ohio and Trey Goudy of South Carolina.
James Comey should have made no statements against Hillary Clinton. If he had no evidence to prosecute her on, he had no right to make comments against her. His actions were prejudicial and extremely harmful to Secretary Clinton and her campaign.
James Comey vastly overstepped his bound, and he should never be entrusted with any government position ever again.

Since he took office, Donald Trump’s actions have been nothing, if not deferential and almost servile to the interest of Russia and Vladimir Putin, Russia’s despotic totalitarian leader. He left the Paris climate accord, disrespected Nato leaders, but praised Putin, Duterte, Erdogan, Kim Jung Un, and other despots.
Most shockingly, Donald Trump says he sees no reason why Russia would interfere in the 2016 election. His comments came during a joint press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki.
Donald Trump’s decision to seek to dig up dirt on then the still undeclared presidential candidate Joe Biden in Ukraine got him impeached; the irony in that is that not only did it get him impeached, but it also drew Biden into the fray, and Biden beat his ass by a wide margin on November 3rd.
More than the damage Trump’s actions have had on him; personally, his actions jeopardized America’s strategic long-term interest in Ukraine when he decided to withhold desperately needed military aid that was needed to keep an aggressive Russian leader and his military at bay.
The average American may never know the full extent of Donald Trump’s treachery against the United States, but I believe that the intelligence services are well aware of his actions.

For those reasons, Trump’s vindictive [little stunt] in holding up the Biden transition and seeking to cast doubt on the elections’ validity is to be condemned.
Donald Trump never cared about the country; to him, the country was only as good as long as he could milk it for whatever he could. The jury is still out on whether he really wanted to be president, but once he won, and tasted real power, he was smitten. He did not care enough about America if it meant that he would not be allowed to disregard the democratic norms that have existed for over two and a half centuries by remaining in office.
If he cannot stay in office, he will burn the whole damn thing down.
The sad reality is that 73 million people were willing to suspend reality and pretend that the naked king was fully clothed in imaginary finery.
Despite all his lies and extreme cruelty they ignored them and pretended not to care. White so-called evangelicals see this grifter as the second coming of Jesus Christ; some even said their God sent him.
A lying grifter who cheated on his wife with a prostitute, while his wife was at home having just given birth, a man who bragged about violating the privacy rights of young and vulnerable women in his pageants.
A degenerate who bragged about grabbing women by their genitalia, locked children in jails, celebrates white supremacists, is willing to veto a defense spending bill, because it has in it, language that would remove confederate general’s names from US military bases, castigates black women as low IQ, and labels black men sons of bitches.

Donald Trump is the pain from the disease that eats away at the underbelly of America. He was at least smart enough to realize that there was a vein of hatred, resentment, and grievance on which to run. He knew that if he lied about his wealth, there were enough racist whites who would believe him; why not? They believed they were superior to the enslaved black people during slavery, even though they themselves were enslaved, albeit under a different designation (bondsmen).
He knew if he said he was against abortions, he would get the sanctimonious hypocrites who call themselves evangelicals. Their only concern in life is to stop babies from being aborted, but God forbid that the mother asks for some food to feed the rapist’s baby she is forced to bring to term, and all of a sudden, that’s a bridge too far.
Trump knew enough about their hatred for Blacks, so all he had to do was play up his white supremacist bona fides and he would have a cult following. Sure, Trump is a despicable racist, but his brazen play at white supremacy is designed to solidify and hold the ignorant racist evangelical right-wing nutters that gravitate to him.
Despite everything, he did over the last four years, rather than step back from his lies, cruelty, and deceit, they turned out in even larger numbers and tried to re-elect the buffoon of a naked emperor.

Trump Reckless Campaign Events Were Super Spreaders Now The Chickens Are Coming Home To Roost…

The media fails the American people; even as television networks and cable channels do 24-hour about the COVID-19 virus, it is not appropriately informing the country that Donald Trump’s reckless and selfish Presidential rallies were, in fact, super-spreading events.

Do you remember Herman Caine, mister flat tax 999?This house N****r was at a Trump rally cheesing. Didn’t go so well.

HERE ISLIST OF SOME OF THE NOTABLES WHO HAVE BEEN INFECTED WITH THE COVID-19 VIRUS.

HUD Secretary Ben Carson has COVID-19

Needless to say, these two chumps have also been infected.

So did she.

  • Hope Hicks, a counselor to Donald Trump, tested positive for the coronavirus. Stephen Miller. Jalen Drummond. Admiral Charles Ray. Jayna McCarran. An unnamed White House Valet. Chad Gilmartin. Kayleigh Mcenany. Utah Senator Mike Lee. Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson. RNC chair Ronna McDaniel. Caroline Leavitt. Bill Stepien. North Carolina Senator Tom Tillis. Trump counselor Kellyanne Conway. Chris Christie. John Jenkins. Nicholas Luna.

This super spreader was in Salem North Carolina IN September.

At the White House right after he was released from the Hospital.

Experts have said that Trump events have resulted in more than 700 deaths as far back as October.

One writer called this event a crime scene.

Donald Trump knowingly carried out a campaign as if there was no pandemic, he was warned about the dangers long before the nation knew how dangerous the virus would be.
As now President-elect Joe Biden campaigned virtually, Trump mocked him for campaigning from his basement. His band of sycophants ignored the warnings, decided against wearing face masks, and went about life as their moronic leader said they should.
Each and every person who attended those events made themselves potential victims as well as spreaders of the virus.
Trump’s incredibly reckless and selfish disdain for science will resonate long after he is removed from office.
More and more people will die.….even as he has lost but still selfishly works to subvert the process, leading to more and more deaths.….And the Republican nation is deathly silent, deathly acquiescent as he wrecks the Republic and tens of thousands die.

Abuse Of Office”: Graham Hit With Formal Ethics Complaint Amid Allegations Of Election Meddling

YouTube player

This article originally appeared on Raw Story

Ethics experts asked the Senate Ethics Committee on Wednesday to look into Sen. Lindsey Graham’s phone call last week with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, CNN reported.
The three experts — Walter Shaub, a former top ethics watchdog for the federal government, Richard Painter, the chief ethics lawyer for President George W. Bush’s administration, and Claire Finkelstein, the director of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law — are asking the Senate to look into whether or not Graham made a suggestion that Raffensperger “disenfranchise Georgia voters by not counting votes lawfully cast for the office of president.”

The letter reflected, in part: “If these allegations are true, Senator Graham’s conduct constitutes an abuse of office and conduct unbecoming of a senator. For the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee to suggest to a state Secretary of State that he refrain from counting lawful votes threatens the electoral process and damages representative democracy. The Senate Select Committee should investigate this matter and, if it finds Chairman Graham committed the alleged misconduct, seek an appropriate sanction or any other appropriate remedy.”

The letter continued, “Secretary Raffensperger’s allegation describes extreme misconduct and abuse of senatorial authority. This alleged attempt by Senator Graham to throw the election for President Trump after the fact by encouraging the very fraud he purports to be investigating threatens the fabric of our nation by undermining the very thing that makes it a republic, our elections. Even if the committee believes only Senator Graham’s account, his call to the state election official during an ongoing vote count amounts to misconduct. These alleged acts committed by Senator Graham bring discredit and dishonor upon the Senate and constitute conduct unbecoming of a United States Senator. Therefore, we urge the committee to open an investigation of Senator Graham at once and, if it finds the conduct occurred as alleged, take the strongest action within its authority to address misconduct by a member of the Senate.”

Two Republican Yahoos Tried To Do Trump’s Bidding In Michigan…

YouTube player

President-elect Joe Biden leads by nearly 148,000 votes in Michigan; nevertheless, two Republican Yahoos who drank from the bitter cup of Donald Trump’s deceit, decided to hold the largest county in the state, [which includes Detroit], the heavily African-American stronghold hostage.

Monica Palmer & William Hartmann

Monica Palmer & William Hartmann.

Monica Palmer and William Hartmann are the two Trump sycophants who make up the four-member panel of canvassers and two Democrats. The four had the responsibility to certify the vote in Wayne County, including the heavily African-American city of Detroit.
The two Democrats voted to certify the vote but not Palmer and Hartmann, who claimed that impropriety allegations made it impossible to certify the vote.
According to The Detroit News, the initial deadlock came after “absentee ballot poll books at 70% of Detroit’s 134 absentee counting boards were found to be out of balance without explanation. The mismatches varied anywhere from one to more than four votes.” But the Secretary of State said that wasn’t an indication of fraud.

After a zoom conference during which public officials and citizens made it clear that not certifying the vote would not be tolerated, Hartman and Palmer went back and voted to certify the vote.
It is remarkable the lengths that Republican bureaucrats are willing to go to demonstrate their loyalty to a lying, demagogue, instead of demonstrating fidelity to the United States Constitution.
However, no one should be surprised by this; over 71 million of them turned out to reelect the very same immoral and amoral creature.
If there is any good that can be salvaged after that reality check, it is the fact that almost 79 million stood up and said, “not on our watch.”

Despite Losing In 2016, In By Elections & Receiving An Ass Whooping In 2020 PNP Still Clueless

Here is a brief observation of the PNP.
Socialism, as a political construct, has been a failure across the Globe, save and except for the Scandinavian region of Europe that practice a kind of pseudo-socialism in their almost homogenously white societies.
The socialism that they practice, guarantees everyone a rather comfortable standard of living if they pay a much higher rate of taxation.
of note is the fact that those societies were previously independently wealthy nations, some of which had conquered parts of Africa and plundered its resources.
Note: the socialism they practice is not the ideological, beret-wearing fist thrusting revolutionary style socialism that the PNP continues to offer to the Jamaican people.

The drubbing the PNP suffered at the polls over the last two election cycles, along with the losses they sustained in the by-elections, would be a wake-up call to a serious political party that understands polling data and trends.
Unfortunately, the party fails to see that the younger generation is more interested in a market economy that allows them to shine on their own.
Young people see how other millennials and generation Xers are living in other countries and they want that lifestyle.….…
They do not want a political party that is offering them freebies that they know it cannot deliver anyway.

Jamaicans do not want Socialism/Communism, China, Russia, and most of the Eastern European nations that had subscribed to that political ideology have moved their economies away from that failed construct since the fall of the Soviet Union.
It is shocking that in 2020 almost three decades since Michael Manley took Jamaica down the rabbit hole of Democratic Socialism, that these washed up idiots are still expecting Jamaicans to vote for them and their failed ideology that people all around the world have long eschew, except for China, Cuba, North Korea, and Belarus to a certain extent.
