Carlton Belton 31- a felon who reportedly was indicted for felony robbery and weapons possession after robbing a man in Newburg New York in 2013 was arrested and booked into the county jail on Sunday.
Belton is reported to be the thug in the video who summarily assassinated another gun-toting hoodlum in an all-night store at 386 Main street at about 4.30 am on Sunday morning.
The deceased man 27-year-old Atiba Proverbs made the fatal mistake of pushing his weapon away after he was shot, arguably with the intention of evading consequences for having the weapon.
It was a mistake that may have cost him his life.
